Restaurant RIZU offers a special dining experience in a relaxed-modern space in the neighbourhood of Duxton Hill. Chef / Sommelier Watanabe’s creative French food influenced by his native Hokkaido Japan. International boutique wines and sake curated by him and the owner would expertly pair with his food. RIZU offers both bar bites and Omakase menus, including plant-based menu for vegetarian, vegan and health-conscious diners, as well as the best relaxed Lunch in the Duxton Hill area.

Hiroshi Watanabe has worked in Japan and the US. After that, he decided to own and operate his restaurant Le Berkley in Tokyo. His passion for food led him to experience farm life to delve deeper into biological farming and its positives. In addition to that he is a wine lover and certified sommelier of Japan Sommelier Association.
