The name RIZU is derived from the words RI, representative of Lapis Lazuli, a deep blue prized gemstone that signifies good luck and harmony, and ZU, which translates to joy and the use of the cherished gems. RIZU merges the two to present a sophisticated and contemporary take on traditional Japanese fare, complete with an intimate and lively urban surrounding.
